Blue Ribbon Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Blackberries/Blueberries, peaches, etc. 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Slivered brazil nuts/Almonds, walnuts, etc. 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix sugar, melted butter and egg.
Add salt, flour, baking powder, and milk.
Mix well.
Pat dough into greased 8 or 9 inch pan.
Cover with blackberries.
Sprinkle with Brazil nuts.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
