Magic Macaroon Cake
|Buttercream||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Fudge macaroon frosting mix||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Instant eggnog crystals||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Grease and flour bottoms of two 8-inch round layer pans.
Combine all ingredients except walnuts in large mixer bowl.
Blend well; beat 3 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into pans.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
