Raisin Cake

Ingredients
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring to a boil then remove and add 1 teaspoon soda and 1 1/2 cups flour.
Stir and spread in greased 8x8 inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Good served warm.
