|Hazelnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar free yellow cake mix||8 Ounce|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Liquid butter flavoring||1 Teaspoon|
Place hazelnuts in a food processor or blender.
Blend into a fine powder.
Combine hazelnut powder, cake mix, and egg white in a mixing bowl.
Add water and butter flavoring.
Beat on low for 1 minute.
Continue beating on high 5 minutes more or until batter is thick and very creamy.
Transfer to a wax paper lined or greased and floured 8 in.
round cake pan.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
Turn cake out onto a cooling rack; cool completely.
