Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 6 , separated, beat whites to peaks
Directions

Sift flour with baking soda.
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat egg yolks, add sour cream and flour mixture.
Beat well.
Add 1-2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 teaspoon almond or 11 teaspoons orange and 1 teaspoon lemon.
Fold in stiff egg whites, pour into greased floured tube pan.
Bake 1 hour at 300° or until done.
Enjoy.
