Simple Strawberry Cake
|White cake mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thawed And Drained Reserving Juice)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strawberry juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Red food coloring||1 Teaspoon|
Cake: Preheat oven to 350".
Combine cake mix, strawberry Jell-O, oil and water and beat 2 minutes.
Add eggs and beat 4 minutes.
Stir in strawberries.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 35 to 45 minutes.
Icing: Mix all ingredients together and spread over top of cake.
