Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Margarine stick 2
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cocoa 4 Tablespoon
  Margarine stick 1
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 4 Tablespoon
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1 Pound (1 Box)
Directions

Cake: Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and buttermilk; set aside.
In a saucepan, bring water and margarine to a boil.
Pour over mixture.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Batter will be very thin.
Bake 30 minutes.
Icing: In saucepan, melt margarine; mix in cocoa, milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, nuts and marshmallows.
Pour over cake while hot.
