Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , well beaten
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salad oil 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped apples 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°.
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat well.
Sift flour with salt and soda three times.
Roll pecans and apples in flour mixture and add to egg mixture.
Pour into floured Bundt or tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
