Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated (raw)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coffee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cold
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Mix all together as listed.
Bake in well greased and floured ioaf pan.
Bake at 350° about 40 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
Do not overcook.
This recipe doubles very nicely and is mens favorite.
