Chocolate Banana Cake
|Chocolate cake mix/Devils food cake mix||18 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Orange marmalade||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen whipped topping with real cream||9 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)|
|Bananas||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13" by 9" baking pan. Prepare cake mix as label directs and bake in pan. Cool in pan on rack 10 minutes; remove from pan; cool completely.
2. When cake is cool, place on large platter. In small saucepan over low heat, melt marmalade, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Spread whipped topping on cake; arrange bananas on topping, overlapping slices. Brush bananas with marmalade. If not serving right away, keep cake refrigerated.
