Soft Banana Cake

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
Directions

Crease and flour bottom of 12-inch pizza pan.
Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl.
Blend at low speed of mixer; beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Spread batter evenly in bottom of pan.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
Cool.
