Small Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lard/Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a large bowl, beat the egg, and beat in the sugar, cocoa and butter until smooth.
2. Add dry ingredients, and mix well.
3. Lastly, pour in the boiling water and vanilla.
4. Pour batter into a greased and floured 8" square pan..
5. Bake at 350°, 20-25 minutes.
