Raspberry Coffee Cake
|Frozen bread loaf/Sweet bread dough||1 , thawed|
|Fresh raspberries||1 Pint|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cold butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Confectionery sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Roll dough into a greased 13-1/4-in.pizza pan.
Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with berries.
Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter and vanilla until crumbly.
Sprinkle over berries.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over coffee cake.
