Lemon Cake Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch unbaked pie shell 1
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Teaspoon
  Soft margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , separated
Directions

Combine sugar replacement, flour, margarine, lemon rind and juice, skim milk, and egg yolks.
Beat vigorously.
Fold in egg whites (well beaten).
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 1 hour, or until set.
