Triple Decker Pie Layer Chocolate Cake
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking chocolate||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Egg yolks||2 , slightly beaten|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine milk, flour, baking chocolate and sugar replacement in top of double boiler; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Pour a small amount of chocolate mixture into egg yolks, then add to the large amount in the pan.
Cook and stir until mixture is thick.
Remove from heat and cover with waxed paper.
When almost cool, remove paper and spread onto baked custard layer.
