Easter Lemon Cake
|Lemon cake mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped topping||1 Tablespoon|
|Jelly beans||1 Tablespoon|
To a pack of cake mix, add 3 eggs, 1/3 cup oil and 1 1/3 cup water.
Mix as directed in the pack for 2 minutes.
Transfer the batter to a 9X13 baking dish and follow instructions given in the packaging.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Check the cake with a toothpick after 25 minutes, if the stick comes out clean then the cake is done.
Let the cake cool down for 10 minutes.
Punch holes in the cake. Holes should be 1 - 1.5 inch apart.
Pour condensed milk all over the cake. Chill the cake in the fridge.
After chilling the cake, add the whipped topping to the cake.
Decorate the cake with jelly beans.
Put the cake in the fridge and take out just before serving.
