Indian Coconut Topped Cake

This coconut topped cake is yummy, delicious and soft. Just try this recipe.
Ingredients
  Sugar 110 Gram
  Eggs 2
  Flour 100 Gram
  Orange juice 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Icing sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla essence 1 Drop
Directions

Take butter and sugar in a bowl and mix it properly.
Mix in the eggs, flour, vanilla and other ingredients.
Blend all the ingredients properly.
Pour the mixture in a baking pan and bake at 180 degrees centigrade in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.

For topping:

Mix all the topping ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the top of the cake.
Your coconut topped cake is ready.
