Simple Coconut Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  Coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter and sugar in an 8-inch square cake pan.
Sprinkle coconut over the mixture and spread to an even thickness.
