Glorified Egg Shortcake

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onions/Chives 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thinly sliced
  Green peas 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Cooked/Canned)
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , quartered
  Rolled biscuits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  American cheese/Cheddar cheese 3 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth; remove from heat.
Slowly stir in milk.
Bring to a boil over direct heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 min.
Just before serving, stir in rest of ingredients except Biscuits and cheese.
Bring mixture just to a boil.
