Classic Crumb Coffee Cake
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Double acting baking powder||2 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into mixing bowl.
Combine beaten eggs, milk and oil.
Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients until barely-blended.
Turn batter into greased 9-inch square cake pan.
Spoon crumb topping over batter.
Bake in 400°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until done.
