  All-purpose flour 500 Milliliter, sifted (2 Cups)
  Baking powder 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cocoa 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Baking soda 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Egg whites 3
  Sugar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Honey icing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg white 1
  Honey 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Butter a cake pan.
–  In a mixer bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix until smooth.
–  In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients and add to first ingredients, alternating with milk.
–  Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form.
–  With a spatula, fold egg white mixture into cake batter and turn it into the cake pan. Bake 60 minutes.
–  Let stand to cool, then spread the honey icing.
