Ingredients
  9 inch sponge cake 1
  Shredded orange peel 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Rum flavoring 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Using fork, punch holes on top of cake at 1-inch intervals.
Combine orange peel, juice, and sugar; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; stir in flavoring.
Spoon evenly over cake, a small amount at a time, allowing cake to absorb all syrup.
Chill.
