Jeweled Fruit Cake

Ingredients
  Unsifted flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Sweetened condensed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Not Evaporated Milk)
  Green candied cherries 8 Ounce, halved (1 Container)
  Red candied cherries 8 Ounce, halved (1 Container)
  Dried apricots 6 Ounce, chopped (1 Package)
  Candied pineapple 6 Ounce, chopped (1 Container)
  Chopped pecans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan.
Combine flour and baking soda.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients; blend in flour mixture.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 30 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely.
