Offer this Soul Cake to your beloved ones who are no more on All Souls' Day. Convey to your dear dead ones that you still haven't forgotten them with this delicately spiced sweet milky bake. Try this Soul Cake and let me know if you like it.
  Active dry yeast 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Warm water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon (unsalted)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1 Dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside for 5 minutes. Heat sugar, butter, milk, and salt to warm (105°-115°).
2 Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, cinnamon, yeast mixture, and milk mixture. Mix thoroughly.
3 Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth€”about 10 minutes.
4 Place in greased bowl, turning to coat top. Cover; let rise in warm place until double€”about 1 hour.
5 Punch down dough. Divide into 12 equal pieces. (You can make a long rope and divide.)
6 Make each piece into a round bun. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover; let rise in warm place until double€”about 20 minutes.
7 Brush with water. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven about 20€”25 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack.
