  Margarine 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Brown sugar 240 Milliliter, packed (1 Cup)
  Eggs 3
  Vita spelt flour 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Baking soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon (18 Milliliter)
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Millimeter)
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (8 Milliliter)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Applesauce 355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Raisins 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Walnuts 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Whipped topping 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Cream margarine and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, creaming after each egg.
Mix flour, soda, salt, baking-powder and spices together.
Add to creamed mixture alternating with applesauce.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake approximately 40 minutes or until done.
Cool in the pan placed on a rack.
