Chocolate Streusel Coffee Cake
|Chocolate streusel||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
Prepare Chocolate Streusel; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs; blend well on low speed.
Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to batter.
Sprinkle 1 cup Chocolate Streusel into greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.
Spread one third of the batter in pan; sprinkle with half the remaining streusel
Repeat layers, ending with batter on top.
Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; invert onto serving plate.
