Angel Nut Cake
|Ground nuts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted|
|Cream of tartar||1 Teaspoon|
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in nuts and sugar and add cream of tartar if desired.
Bake in greased tube pan or flat cake pan for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
