Blueberry Shortcake is easy to make recipe. Blueberry Shortcake gets its taste from sponge cake glazed with apricot. Blueberry Shortcake is inspired by many food joints worldwide.
Ingredients
  Poppy seed sponge cake 1
  Blueberries 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Apricot glaze 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare shortcake following basic recipe but replacing vanilla spongecake with poppy seed spongecake, strawberries with blueberries, and strawberry glaze with apricot glaze.
Arrange blueberries in the center of cake.
Cover with apricot glaze.
Sprinkle sides of shortcake with poppy seeds.
