Shortcake Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
  Self rising flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon (diet, at room temperature)
  Skim milk 7 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients until batter is blended.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto a nonstick cookie sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake about 10 minutes at 450 degrees or until golden brown.
