Coconut Meringue Cake
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Mix A ingredients according to Standard Cake Method.
2. Pour into greased pan.
3. Beat whites of eggs with dash of salt until they peak.
4. Add sugar slowly; fold in coconut.
5. Cover cake mixture with meringue and bake.
