Ingredients
  Angel food cake mix 17 Ounce (1 Package)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant chocolate pudding mix 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lite cool whip 16 Ounce (2 Cups)
Directions

Prepare cake according to package directions for tube pan.
Split cake horizontally to make 2 layers.
Beat milk and pudding mix until well blended.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Frost layers and top of cake.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
