Applesauce Nut Cake

Applesauce Cake has a luscious taste. Applesauce Cake gets its taste from apple sauce mixed with mayonnaise and milk, flavored with vanilla and topped with nuts. Applesauce Cake has is cherished by many people worldwide.
Ingredients
  Apple sauce 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Butter and flour a 9 inch (23 cm) cake pan.
Set aside.
In a mixer bowl, at low speed, beat first 5 ingredients.
In a second bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Fold into first mixture.
Increase speed.
Beat 2 minutes.
Fold in nuts and raisins.
Pour into pan.
Bake in oven 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let cool slightly.
