|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|

|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cream sugar and butter in large bowl, with electric mixer.
Add egg, milk and vanilla, mixing until blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Grease a dish bottom lined with wax paper.
Pour batter into dish; cover with wax paper.
Elevate dish, in oven, on inverted glass saucer.
Cook at LOW 6 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand, uncovered, 15 minutes.
Invert on serving plate; peel off wax paper.
