|Date sugar/Honey||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Salt/Orsa salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)|
|Oat bran||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Chopped walnuts||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Mashed bananas||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Soy milk/Goat milk||480 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
Mix together all ingredients except egg whites.
Add enough milk to make light batter.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Fold gently into batter.
Pour onto moderately hot griddle.
Use a little oil or butter on griddle.
