  Rice flour/Oat flour 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Date sugar/Honey 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Salt/Orsa salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Oat bran 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Chopped walnuts 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Mashed bananas 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Soy milk/Goat milk 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)

Mix together all ingredients except egg whites.
Add enough milk to make light batter.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Fold gently into batter.
Pour onto moderately hot griddle.
Use a little oil or butter on griddle.
