Cranberry Apple Streusel Coffee Cake
|Waffle pancake mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Any Type)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Chopped cranberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped peeled apple||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Powdered sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease 13x9-inch baking pan.
Combine pancake mix and granulated sugar.
Add sour cream, milk and egg; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spread into pan; top with cranberries and apple.
Combine Streusel ingredients; mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Combine Glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm cake.
