Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3 , 1 white reserved
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
  Cake flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted with 1 teaspoon soda and 1 teaspoon baking powder
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Bananas 2 , mashed with a fork
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream sugar and butter, add eggs; add cream alternately with sifted dry ingredients.
Add balance of ingredients and bake 30 minutes at 350° F.
