Deluxe Banana Cake
|Corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 Large, beaten|
|Sunflower oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Bananas||2 , mashed|
|Flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Vanilla extract||3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Icing sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Banana||1 , sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°).
Butter and flour a 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm) cake pan or star shape mold.
In a large bowl, mix corn syrup, sugar, eggs, oil, milk and bananas.
In a second bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
Fold into first mixture.
Pour into cake pan.
Bake in oven 1 hour.
Icing In a bowl, mix butter, milk and vanilla extract.
Add icing sugar and cocoa, mixing until smooth.
Spread over cake.
Dip sliced banana in lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Arrange on top of cake.
