Peach Refrigerator Cake

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Chopped peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Chocolate wafers 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter; add sugar slowly.
Add egg yolks, mix well.
Add chopped peaches and extract.
Beat egg whites stiff, and fold in.
Line cake pan with waxed paper, put a layer of wafers on bottom and sides, fill pan with alternate layers of mixture and wafers.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
