Upside Down Cake Or Pudding
|Sandwich mix||4 Ounce (Use A Packet Sponge Mix)|
|Fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Canned/Fresh/Glace)|
|Light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Melt the butter in the tin and sprinkle thickly with sugar.
Arrange the fruit on the sugar to cover it closely with an attractive design.
Spread the cake mixture smoothly over this and bake.
Turn out on a large dish.
