|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned peach slices||32 Ounce (Two 16 Ounce Cans, Fruit Cocktail)|
Preheat oven to 375°.
Bake cinnamon rolls according to package directions.
(Reserve icing for another use.) Meanwhile, blend together sour cream and sugar.
Whip cream; fold into sour cream mixture.
While still warm, split rolls in half crosswise with fork.
Drain fruit, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup; drizzle reserved syrup over roll halves.
Spoon cream mixture and fruit between layers and over top.
