These Pronto Shortcakes taste absolutely yummy ! Try these fruit and cream rolls for your next dessert. Let me know your opinion about the Pronto Shortcakes.
Ingredients
  Refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing 8 (1 Package)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned peach slices 32 Ounce (Two 16 Ounce Cans, Fruit Cocktail)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
Bake cinnamon rolls according to package directions.
(Reserve icing for another use.) Meanwhile, blend together sour cream and sugar.
Whip cream; fold into sour cream mixture.
While still warm, split rolls in half crosswise with fork.
Drain fruit, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup; drizzle reserved syrup over roll halves.
Spoon cream mixture and fruit between layers and over top.
