Strawberry Shortcake With Whipped Topping

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced and lightly sweetened
  Whipped dessert topping 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut shortening into dry ingredients till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add milk; mix vigorously.
Knead gently 8 to 10 times on floured surface.
Roll 1/2 inch thick.
Cut into 8 biscuits with floured 2 1/2 inch round cutter.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 450° for 10 minutes.
top with berries and whipped cream.
