Ingredients
  Canned minced clams with juice 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Melted shortening/Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese with chives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Dried sweet pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sour cream/Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Topping)
Directions

In a bowl stir all ingredients, except sour cream or yogurt for topping, until completely mixed.
Pour dollar-sized patties on a greased griddle and cook on each side until brown.
