|Canned minced clams with juice||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Melted shortening/Oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cottage cheese with chives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried sweet pepper flakes||2 Tablespoon|
|Flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sour cream/Yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Topping)|
In a bowl stir all ingredients, except sour cream or yogurt for topping, until completely mixed.
Pour dollar-sized patties on a greased griddle and cook on each side until brown.
