Delicious Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), sifted
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Blueberries 7 Pint
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in butter with a pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles corn meal.
In a separate bowl, beat egg thoroughly, then stir in milk.
Stir this lightly into the flour combination with a fork.
Divide dough in half and roll one portion to fit in the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.
Cover with blueberries, then sprinkle with sugar.
Cover with remaining dough rolled into a circle.
Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 30 minutes or until dough takes on a golden tone.
