Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cocoa 4 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coffee 1 Cup (16 tbs), cold
Directions

Mix and sift first 7 ingredients.
Mix together oil, milk, and vanilla; add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased 8 inch square baking dish.
Mix together next 3 ingredients, sprinkle evenly over batter.
Pour cold coffee evenly over surface.
Cover with paper towel; cook in oven 8 to 9 minutes, turning dish 180° twice.
Let stand 10 minutes.
