|Cooking oil||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Soda||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Cream apples, sugar and cooking oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into black iron skillet and bake for 1 hour in 350° oven.
Cook milk, egg yolk, sugar and margarine together until thick.
Add coconut and nuts.
Spread on cake while in pan.
