Cocoa Biscuit Pie
|Cherries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Decorate)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Decorate)|
|Biscuits||8 Ounce, broken|
Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin.
Melt the margarine and sugar together in a saucepan.
Add the cocoa.
Remove from the heat and add the egg, mixing quickly.
Stir in the broken biscuits.
Turn into a greased loaf tin and press down.
Leave to set.
Turn out and decorate with cherries and walnuts.
