Chocolate Cake Pudding
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sweetened whipped cream/Ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa in a greased 9 inch square pan, stirring well.
Stir in milk, butter, and vanilla, spreading mixture evenly in pan.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa, and sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
Pour water over top.
Bake pudding at 350° for 40 minutes.
