Pinwheel Cake And Cream
|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Peach||1 Small, peeled and chopped|
|Orange peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Fat||10 Ounce (1 Package Entenmann's)|
|Summer fruits||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Pour milk into medium mixing bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Gently stir in whipped topping, peach and peel.
Arrange cake slices on serving plate.
Spoon pudding mixture evenly over cake; top with fruits.
