Pinwheel Cake And Cream

Ingredients
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Peach 1 Small, peeled and chopped
  Orange peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Fat 10 Ounce (1 Package Entenmann's)
  Summer fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Pour milk into medium mixing bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Gently stir in whipped topping, peach and peel.
Arrange cake slices on serving plate.
Spoon pudding mixture evenly over cake; top with fruits.
