|Apples||4 Cup (64 tbs), diced|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Combine all ingredients and spread in 11 x 15 greased pan.
Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
One-half of the recipe will fit a 9x13 pan.
