Lemon Poppy Seed Cake Using Cake Mix
|Cake mix||43 Gram (1 Package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Lemon Supreme)|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Crisco Puritan)|
|Poppy seeds||3 Tablespoon|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt® pan.
For Cake, combine cake mix, egg whites, water, oil and poppy seeds in large bowl.
Prepare, bake and cool cake following package directions for No Cholesterol recipe.
For Glaze, combine sugar and lemon juice in small bowl.
Stir until well blended.
Drizzle over top of cake.
